Delete your PiriMola account

You can request deletion from the app or contact support if you no longer have access to it.

From the app

Open Profile → Close account. Enter the six-digit PIN sent to your account email and review the balance information before confirming.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from your account email address and say that you want to delete your PiriMola account. We may contact you to verify ownership. Never include passwords or PINs.

What happens to your data?

Identity and profile information, personal learning data and device keys are erased. Shared content and other members’ results remain. Financial and legal records may need to be retained as described in the privacy notice. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account; sending an email alone does not mean deletion is complete. Support will confirm the outcome.
